Overnight Oats
A healthy, delicious and simple breakfast

Ingredients:
– 50g rolled oats
– 1 apple
– 1 pear
– fresh berries
– 100ml semi-skimmed milk or water
Method:
1. Add the milk or water to the rolled oats and leave overnight in the refrigerator to soak
2. Grate the apple and pear and add on top of the oats
3. Add the fresh berries

Rolled Oats
Oats are a rich source of magnesium which aids energy production, oats contain beta-glucans, a type of soluble fiber that slows down the absorption of carbohydrates. Oats help lower high blood pressure and reduce bad cholesterol.
Fresh Berries
Blueberries are an excellent source of vitamin c and are rich in antioxidants, low in calories. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins c and k and also include fiber and potassium. Raspberries have B vitamins which the body needs for energy
Apples and Pears
Apples and pears are packed with vitamins, antioxidants and fiber and are low in calories. Vitamins A and C support the immune system.
